Patients may request cancellation before sample collection without any penalty.
Cancellation requests made after sample collection will not be eligible for a refund, as diagnostic processing begins immediately.
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
Test booking cancelled prior to sample collection
Sample collection not performed due to DiagFleet’s operational issues
Duplicate or excess payment made by the patient
Test not conducted due to unavailability of required resources
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
Cancellation requested after sample collection
Sample rejected due to incorrect patient preparation or non-cooperation
Test results delayed due to external laboratory factors beyond control
Change of mind after booking confirmation
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, or wallet)
Processing time may vary depending on banking partners
If a home sample collection agent has already been dispatched, collection charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
One free rescheduling is allowed before sample collection
Additional rescheduling requests may attract extra charges
