DiagFleet provides diagnostic services including:

• Pathology and laboratory tests

• Home sample collection

• Test coordination through authorized service points and partner laboratories

DiagFleet acts as a service facilitator and does not own or operate all laboratories directly.

2. Eligibility to Use Services

• Users must provide accurate personal and contact information

• Services for minors must be booked by a parent or legal guardian

• Use of services must be lawful and for genuine medical purposes only

3. Test Booking & Sample Collection

• Test bookings may be made online, via phone, or through authorized DiagFleet representatives

• Sample collection is performed by trained personnel following safety and hygiene protocols

• Patients must follow pre-test instructions (fasting, medication restrictions, etc.)

DiagFleet is not responsible for test inaccuracies caused by incorrect patient information or non-compliance with instructions.

4. Pricing & Payments

• Test prices are communicated at the time of booking

• Prices may vary based on location, laboratory partner, or test complexity

• Full or partial advance payment may be required

• DiagFleet reserves the right to revise prices without prior notice

5. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations and refunds are governed by DiagFleet’s Cancellation & Refund Policy

• No refunds will be provided after sample collection

• Approved refunds will be processed within the specified timeline

6. Reports & Turnaround Time

• Test reports are provided digitally or physically, depending on the test

• Report timelines are indicative and may vary due to laboratory processing or unforeseen circumstances

• DiagFleet is not liable for delays caused by third-party laboratories

7. Medical Disclaimer

• DiagFleet provides diagnostic testing services only

• We do not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment

• Test results must be interpreted by a qualified medical professional

DiagFleet shall not be responsible for decisions taken solely based on test reports without medical consultation.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Cooperate during sample collection

• Provide correct personal and medical details

• Use services responsibly and ethically

Any misuse or abusive behavior may result in service refusal.

9. Limitation of Liability

DiagFleet shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages

• Loss caused by incorrect information provided by the user

• Errors or delays from partner laboratories

• Events beyond reasonable control (technical failures, natural events, strikes)

10. Privacy & Data Protection

• All personal and health data is handled as per our Privacy Policy

• Data may be shared with authorized laboratories strictly for service delivery

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, and visuals are the intellectual property of DiagFleet Healthcare Pvt. Ltd.
Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

12. Service Modification

DiagFleet reserves the right to:
